1. Product Nature

• All products (pickles, sweets, podis, etc.) are homemade food items prepared in small batches.
• Slight variations in taste, texture, and appearance may occur.
• Product images are for representation purposes only.

2. Orders & Acceptance

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
• Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

4. Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of food items:

• No returns are accepted.
• Refund or replacement is considered only in cases of:
  • Damaged product
  • Missing items
  • Incorrect product delivered

Mandatory Proof Requirement

To claim any missing item or grievance:

• A clear unboxing video is required.
• The video must start before opening the package.
• Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
• Claims without proper video proof will not be accepted.

Ruchira Home Foods reserves the right to verify and approve refund/replacement requests.

5. Pricing

• All prices are listed in INR.
• Prices may change without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, logo, brand name “Ruchira”, product descriptions, and images are the intellectual property of Ruchira Home Foods.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
